July 26, 2005

Numerous bloggers these days are looking to earn extra cash through the google adsense ads that they post at their sites. Actually the spreading of pay-per-click ads by leading search engines in recent times to smaller sites and blogs has had a major impact on the net. Firstly it has helped to improve on the quality of content on sites as webmasters pay much closer attention to their content so as to attract the right kind of high value google adsense ads that will earn them more revenue.

Still one needs to know how to maximize on their google ads revenue. There are a number of things that you will need to do regularly to ensure that you keep earning a good regular income from google.

Check the value of keywords before posting new content

It is not too difficult to insert most keywords in your area of specialization into your article while leaving your article attractive and useful to readers. You may require the services of a writer, but this should not be a problem as online writers are very affordable.

Do not spend money buying a list of valuable keywords, this information is available for free online. What’s more in your initial experimental stage with keywords buying a list will not be a prudent thing to do. One of the reason is that there is no guarantee that your using certain keywords will automatically and quickly attract the desired high value click ads. There is no certainty in these things. However by consistently using high value keywords you will ultimately enjoy a much higher income than somebody who does not.

July 26, 2005

blogday 2005nir

“Have you ever noticed that the date 3108 (August 31st) looks like the word “Blog”? I have noticed it when I was in the first Blog conference that was held in Israel and I doodled it on a paper.”

and that’s how it began, the idea of starting a special day set aside for bloggers, now known as
“Blogday” 2005.

In this article, I have had the pleasure to interview the starter of this flame, the founder of
Blogday 05, Mr. Nir Ofir.

Below is the interview with him.

URL:
Spark Armada

1.Name,age and sex.

Nir Ofir, 30 , male

2.Where are you from?

Israel

3.Where did the name Spark Armada come from?

From my imagination :) I created the name that will fit the content I
write on my Blog: Creativity stuff, Gadgets, Science fiction and the Israeli
Internet scene.

4.Blogday 05 , How did it all began? Inspiration?

It was on an Israeli blog convention. Me and some other participants talked
about doing

something together for the Israeli Blogsphere. On one of the lectures I
wrote the word BLOG on

A paper and saw the imagination of the number 3108. Then I decided that I
will try to organize an international BlogDay at August 31. Every year.

5.The purpose of Blogday is…..

To meet new Interesting blogs and bloggers. In the last months I felt that
the more blogs there are, the less time I’m spending on new weblogs. Because
of the overload of information, I’m just visiting my favorite Blog and
therefore, I’m sure that I miss a lot of good blogs.

In one long moment In August 31st 2005, bloggers from all over the world
will post a recommendation of 5 new blogs (at the same time) - preferably
blogs different from their own in culture, point of view and attitude. On
this day, all blog surfers will find themselves leaping and discovering new,
unknown blogs, celebrating the discovery of new people and new bloggers.

Pinging Your Own Blog Is It Search Engine Spaming?

July 26, 2005

Google at some point will probably come up with a way to filter
out the Blogg content that it deems “Spamish,” but it would be
impractical to think that Google will discount blogs altogether.

Some Bloggs are becoming more respected in their niche
than many of the major media conglomerates as a source
reliable of information.

ping

Pining your content, on your Blogg, to your RSS feed, on your
Yahoo
page has nothing to do with spam of any kind. Spam by definition
is
delivering a message or information to someone that doesn’t want
it
and never requested it from you in the first place.
