The new fan on the block for David Beckham, none other than Natalie Portman a.k.a Queen Amidala.
Eagle-eyed sports fans couldn’t help noticing that Natalie Portman was among the soccer fans cheering from the sidelines as his team Real Madrid took on rivals Valencia at the weekend. The Closer star certainly seemed to be getting into the spirit of things, shouting her approval enthusiastically as the hunky athlete and his teammates laid siege to their opponents’ goal.
I wish i was becks…..:(

Janet Jackson and James DeBarge, who were briefly married in 1984, had a daughter together, DeBarge’s brother Young DeBarge has claimed on a radio program.
wow!..That is shocking…if this story proved to be true, than it was a fantastic cover-up…until
now that is.
They really kept the news to themselves,that’s what we call family! lol
Appreantly, Janet’s Daughter’s name is Renee and is 18 years old and has been living with Rebbie Jackson, Janet’s oldest sister.

Malaysia to promote modern view of Islam

Being a Malaysian this report caught my eye.
U.S. public relations chief Karen Hughes hailed Malaysia’s concept of “Islam Hadhari” - a modern, moderate approach to Islam in which religion and science go hand-in-hand, saying it promotes a peaceful and tolerant religion and will help keep Muslim extremists at bay.
Now..if only we could really have freedom of religion……
Malaysia –The United States’ new public relations chief wrapped up a tour Monday of Southeast Asia after securing a pledge from Malaysia to spread its progressive version of Islam to help fight terrorism and foster peace in Iraq.
Karen Hughes met with Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak and discussed international efforts to combat terrorism and how Malaysia — as chairman of the 57-member Organization of the Islamic Conference — could use its influence to promote a tolerant Islam that rejects religious extremism.
Deadly Bird Flu now in the UK

It’s official, the deadly H5N1 strain bird flu that has plaqued parts of asia and some EU countries
(Turkey, Romania, Russia) has now been found in the UK.
The British government said Sunday that a strain of bird flu that killed a parrot in quarantine is the deadly H5N1 strain that has plagued Asia and recently spread to Europe and Turkey.
Scientists determined that the parrot, imported from South America, died of the strain of avian flu that has devastated poultry stocks and killed 61 people in Asia the past two years, according to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
I personnaly hope that it’s just the parrot, i ahev relatives over in the UK and some friends,
and definitely this would be major bad news if it ever spread to humans…:(
Fantasia Barino the liar?

Appreantly, a couple from North Carolina is claiming that Fantasia Barino is a big fat liar!.
The couple wants to see signs promoting Fantasia’s upcoming biography, Life is Not a Fairy Tale, taken down because they think it unfairly portrays High Point (aka Furniture City USA).
They really mean business, and has gone one step futher…by creating a Fantasia is a liar blog,
which accuses Fantasia’s self-admitted poverty as being a sham, and a Fantasia Lies blog, which implies that Fantasia should be stripped of her American Idol title because she stole to help feed her baby.
Funny how things can turn out aint it?
