Complaint against Google over PR issue

KinderStart.com has filed a subject upset against Google, claiming Google Inc.’s occult methods for senior Web sites (PageRank), undone scores of cyberspace businesses that hit been wrongfully banished from its index.

The subject complaint, filed in U.S. District Court in San Jose by KinderStart.com, seeks to be certificated as a collection state representing the owners of every Web sites blacklisted by Google’s Internet-leading see engine since Jan 2001.
