18k Gold Plated Mobile Phone Watch
August 18, 2008
Although mobile phone watches have been available for a while, I have never actually had chance to use one yet. The slightly larger then normal watches have a SIM card slot in which you put your regular SIM and then you can make and take calls from your watch.
The latest mobile phone watch I came across just now is a Bluetooth multimedia phone watch that also comes plated in 18k gold. It features a 1.5 inch touch screen display which is colour. 1GB of memory is included in this phone and it also sports a 1.3 megapixel camera. Calls are made and received through a bluetooth headset which you pair with the mobile. I assume that this headset can also be used to listen to audio with too.
Features
* 18K gold plated watch decorative frame
* Free bluetooth headset earphone included (for making and receiving calls)
* 1.5-inch vibrant color touch screen LCD display
* Quad-band GSM network support: 850/900/1800/1900 Mhz
* 1GB TF flash memory card included
* MicroSD/TF memory card slot allows up to 1GB memory expansion
* 1.3 mega pixel digital camera (manufacturer claimed)
* Supports GPRS/WAP/MP3/MP4
* Plays MP3/MP4
* Bluetooth V2.0 with A2DP stereo music support
* Comes with a 700mAh rechargeable lithium battery
* 100~240V AC charger included
* Languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Vietnam, Russian, Arabic, Thai, and Italian
* Comes with USB data charging cable and headset earphone
* Spare wristwatch strap included (maybe the phone is too heavy and it has a tendency to snap the wrist band? That’s my guess ;))
The 18k gold mobile phone watch (GSM) costs $163.

Scarlett Johansson says she has a lot of help to look glamorous for her film roles.
‘My hair and make-up artists spend hours upon hours plastering things on me to make me look sexier,’ she says.
‘I think that it’s rare that you feel beautiful. I never look at myself in the mirror and say: “I look really beautiful,” [but] I look at myself in the mirror and say: “Yeah, I look hot.”’

Zohan - Irreverent Yet Hilarious
August 15, 2008
You Don’t Mess With The Zohan was released in Ireland today, so I escaped the damp weather by seeking refuge this evening in my local cinema.
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from Sandler. I knew it was a comedy about an Israeli commando who wants to be a hairdresser.
What I didn’t know, or expect, was that I would find myself literally laughing out loud. At some points I was almost crying!
Zohan is a farce. It pokes fun at Israelis, Palestinians, Americans and just about everyone else.
It takes political incorrectness to a whole new level. The stereotyping alone makes it worth going to see, as it is sheer genius.
The script, while a bit weak in parts, is hilarious. Some of the set pieces made me think of Monty Python in their heyday.
So what about the cast?
Sandler entertains and has great presence, while Emmanuelle Chriqui is simply stunning (she can act too!). Schneider does Schneider without really extending himself, but he doesn’t need to.
You may remember John Turturro from Mr Deeds, where he played the “super sneaky” butler, or as one of the agents in Transformers. This time round he plays Zohan’s nemesis, but of course there is a funny twist..
If you want literally a good laugh, then don’t miss it. I was having a pretty glum evening and it really cheered me up.
‘Punisher’ Might Lose Only Thing Keeping it Mildly Watchable
August 15, 2008

Whether you thought the red-band trailer looked bad-ass or like an embarrassing straight-to-DVD knock-off with none of the usual low-budget gore charm, the overall consensus on Punisher seemed to be that if it does prove itself entertaining, that value will be based solely on the gratuitous, insane violence. I mean, if you take away all the chairs violently shoved in eye-holes, what’s left? Answer: a probably awful movie without any chairs violently shoved in eye-holes. But that may be exactly what we’ll get, with Lionsgate reportedly pushing for a PG-13 rating:
One of my contacts deep within the bowels of Hollywood and close to the Punisher: War Zone project (source will not be named. Sorry!) told me today that the big fight over the Punisher project is Lionsgate wants a PG-13 cut to be released.
Lionsgate can always say, “This was never intended to be PG-13. We always had an R rating in mind.” but I trust Hollywood as far as I can throw it. I’m sure there’s some Lionsgate exec thinking this film can do what The Dark Knight has done with a PG-13 rating.
Of course, this is all just rumor for now, but I think it’s probably a bad sign that they’re reportedly also changing the title from Punisher: War Zone to Punisher: Lazer Tag Adventure.

MacBook Air to get an Update - Rumour
August 15, 2008
Rumours are floating around that mention Apple are preparing a new MacBook Air. This super slim and light MacBook will soon to sport a Penryn-class Core 2 Duo Processor which ranges from 2.26 GHz up to 3.06 GHz. The FSB (front side bus) will run at 1066 MHz.
As these are more beefy processors it is believed that the battery will be increased in capacity as well as the hard drive which is also speculated will see an increase.
